Perhaps the bump on his head is worse than he thought. After spending all his life sparring with Thor, it isn’t like Loki is unused to bumps and bruises. Usually he heals quite quickly, but now he finds he keeps losing bits of time. He remembers briefly talking to the man who thought it was okay to call him ‘son’ briefly, but now he’s back over at the train feeling a bit dazed.

Though when the man who looked like a caricature of a wizard barked at him rather rudely, he was hardly going to admit to any injury, even if the bump on his head was rather pronounced.

“I am fine, nothing to be concerned about.” It doesn’t occur to him that the man might want help because most people know better than to ask Loki for anything.
