If any of that negativity shows, Loki doesn’t give it any mind. He’s never seen this man before in his life and thus doesn’t actually care at all what he thinks of him. Loki is merely interested in knowing where he is from. He is not of Asgard, though he does seem to possess many of their physical qualities. Other species Loki has met in the Nine usually have some sort of physical attribute that sets them apart, but from what Loki can see, this guy seems human.

It’s baffling and Loki is curious.

Loki scowls, though he can’t stop himself from reaching up and touching the lump on his head with a wince. “I’ve had worse. And I’m not your son.” There’s some definite vitriol in his tone. He’s got enough fathers… or did have. He doesn’t need anyone else trying to herd him around, thank you very much.
