General Prompt Plans: Prompt 1: Bucky has a very violent past, so there's a multitude of people he knows/used to know that the black goo could turn into. I think it would also be interesting to have the goo turned into the Winter Soldier itself to torment Bucky lolol Alternatively, if any character needs help dealing with their violent goo, Bucky is pretty strong and has a deep-rooted need to help people so he'll definitely come to the rescue.
